Instructed working professional in the feature film, broadcast and animation industry in a global interactive, online learning academy for 3D animation, visual effects and production. Lead instruction in the following courses:
Broadcast editor for a local production company. Responsibilities included logging and capturing video assets, offline & online edits, graphics design, motion graphics, DVD authoring, and duplication. Acted as maintenance engineer for all video and audio equipment, and served as system administrator and network engineer for all office computers. Extensive experience in installing video production hardware, including uncompressed-10 bit HD editing suites and broadcast equipment.
Managed a team of 7 artists to create, produce, and deliver all the visual effects shots and computer generated animations for Video Mods; an MTV television series. Produced motion capture animation, including clean-up and application, and key frame animation for 9 computer generated music videos. Managed production pipeline, overseeing production staff, animators, and lighting TD’s. Also responsible for production schedules, budget, quality control, and final deliverables.
Produced all of the visual effects shots in commercial advertisements for Mikes Hard Lemonade, Coke, and Debeers Diamonds. Managed a team of 5 artists to develop key art assets and storyboards. I produced animatics for key sequences, managed production schedule, reviewed/approved all produced CG elements, tracked the status and completion of all shots, managed online assets and final deliverables.
